Two recent stories highlighted Lab interns in the Berkeley Lab Undergraduate Research (BLUR) program: Anya Nugent was featured in Hamilton College news and Sai Prabhakar was highlighted in the Livermore Independent.
A July 28 DotMED.com story, based on a Lab news release, featured work led by Mark Levin and Jim O’Neil on new tracers to improve PET scan performance. Bionity and Lab Manager also covered their work.
A July 26 E&E News story highlighted a new report led by Galen Barbose on the renewable energy industry. The report was widely cited including by Inside Climate News, Climate Central, Energy Manager Today, and PV Magazine.
A July 26 NPR.com story on the benefits of running cited work by Paul Williams.
A July 26 HPCWire story, based on a Lab news release, noted the renewal of cryo-EM software project PHENIX and quoted Paul Adams. InsideHPC ran a similar story.

A July 25 Summit County Voice story looked at how global warming intensified Colorado floods in 2013. The work, featured in a Lab news release, was co-led by Michael Wehner and Dáithí Stone. InsideHPC also covered the findings.
