The latest edition of Popular Science includes a list of what it considers to be important science stores for 2015. On the list is ESnet’s recent expansion across the Atlantic.Greg Bell was quoted in that story.
A Dec. 17 story in The Guardian was written by the Lab’s Shashi Buluswar and looked at the upcoming 50 Breakthroughs report written by lab researchers.
A Dec. 17 story in Archaeology looked at work by Marie Jackson at the Advanced Light Source showing secrets behind Roman concrete. The work was widely covered including by the Washington Post, Popular Mechanics, International Business Times, Science World and others.
A Dec. 17 Symmetry magazine story on the LHC preparing for its next science run quoted Beate Heinemann.
A Dec. 16 New Scientist story featured new records by the Lab’s table-top accelerator, BELLA, work led by Wim Leemans.
A Dec. 13 KRON-TV story looked at the reduction of diesel engine emissions in the Bay Area, research led by Tom Kirchstetter. The Epoch Times also ran a story on his findings.
