A Dec. 19 CleanTechnica story noted the Lab would benefit from two ARPA-E awards for improving crops of the future. More details on the awards were publicized in a Lab news release.
A Dec. 19 Utility Dive opinion piece written by Ryan Wiser, Ben Paulos, Maureen Hand and Jo Seel, looked at reducing wind energy costs by increasing the size of turbines.
A Dec. 19 Business Standard story featured work on a new way to see electric signals in the heart and brain, work publicized in a Lab news release and led by Jason Horng and Halleh Balch. The Deccan Herald and Statesmen ran similar stories.
A Dec. 16 EuraAsia Review story, based on a Lab news release, highlighted work led by Naama Raz-Yaseef, Margaret Torn, Yuxin Wu, and Tim Kneafsey on measuring CO2 emissions during spring arctic thaw.
