A March 3 Daily Cal story highlighted a Cyclotron Road project using thermionics, work by Jared Schwede, Daniel Riley, and Andreas Schmid. Nanowerk.com also covered their efforts based on a lab news release.
A March 2 Berkleyside.com story featured the arrival to the lab of a popular “Oscar’s” sign.
A March 2 BizWest Colorado story looked at a startup that will be joining Cyclotron Road’s second cohort of innovators. A White House blog and SmartGridNewsalso covered the second cohort announcement, which first appeared in a lab news release.
A Feb. 29 Daily Calstory featured another Cyclotron Road project, this time one led by Raymond Weitekamp, who is working on a process to develop a low-cost paint-on coating to create energy efficient windows. The story, based on a lab news release, also quoted Dennis Baldocchi.
A Feb. 29 Washington Post story on indoor air and cognitive thinking quoted Mark Mendell. The Vancouver Sun and numerous other papers also ran the story.
A Feb. 29 EnergyWire story on new rules for the electricity grid quoted Joe Eto.
